Jacob Pardon, Plff. Default. Case continued.
versus Minno Joannes, Deft.

Gerrit Snedecker, Plff.
versus Jan Van Dithmarsch, Deft.

The Plff. demands of the Deft. the sum
of 36 guldens: for one special court
day, held on the 5th of July, 1679,
24 guldens; and 6 summonses 12 guldens, making as
above 36 guldens; with the costs.
The Deft. asserts that he is not
indebted to that extent as he had expended
a jug of rum.

Constable and Overseers, after hearing both parties,
condemn the Deft. to pay the Plff
the demanded amount of 36 guldens, with costs.

Minno Joannes, Plff.
versus Stoffel Probasco, Deft.

The Plff. demands of the Deft. pursuant to
account gls. 31-1: to wit for charges
and Town expenses, as Constable
in the year 1676; for charges gls. 23:1
for sundry obligations gls. 8.
The Deft asks that account be shown him
as also was formerly done by the
people.
