The Deft. says he has paid 2 bushels of wheat
which have not been deducted.
Thereupon the Plff. say that if the Deft. agree
to swear it to him under oath in accordance with
the two hundred bushels of wheat.

Constable and Overseers, after hearing both parties,
condemn the Deft. to pay the sum
demanded within the time of one month, with
the costs, unless the Deft.
within that time bring proof that he paid
the two hundred bushels of wheat

versus Jan Anco. Deft.

The Plff. demands of the Deft. the sum
of 103 gls., without account.

The Deft. says that at the last balance
he was indebted not more than 37 gls,
where of the Plff. received from
Jan Tilte 20 gls.; so that now he remains
indebted not more than 17 gls., and he will
forthwith pay them.

After hearing the two parties, the Deft. is condemned
to pay the 17 gls. As to the interest which the Plff.
adds, that is stricken out because there is no
sign of a writing nor proof. The costs for
each side a half.
