[Enfeoffe &] assigned sold and Confirmed and by theese presents Do give grant alien ate [Enfeoffe] Assigne sell and Confirme unto Nathaniel Burdsall my naturall Brother aforesaid all that part of the N omestead or lott [yt] was formerly my Father Nathan Burdsall lying on ye South side of the Highway or Cart path ye leads down through ye Lotts to John [?eexex?] and ten Acres of land lying & beeing in ye pattent of Oyster Bay it beaing part of a tract of land which I with my Brother BenJamain Burdsall formerly bought of the Indians which may appear by a deed under theire hands and seal which is entred in the Record of Oyster Bay together with all my right title interest Claim and Demand whatso ever which [I] the said Steven Burdsall now have or which any or either of my heires Executors administratives or assigner may hereafter have of to or in ye said granted percels of land with all profile Comodity Houses timber trees grass or what else is upon ye said granted percel of land with free egress and regress there unto to have and to Hold unto him ye said Nathaniel Burdsall his hires Executor or assigner all and singular ye said granted percels of land and premises
