Isaac especialty moveing have given grantes/alienate Eprfof [enfeoffe] led assign sole and confirmed and by the present to give grant alianate infeoffe assigne sell and confirmed unto John Weeks aforsd. all yt of a certain home or house lott. lying and being at ye south side of the town of Oyste bay and it is bounded as ff.ollweth on ye east [side crossed out] by John Wrights now David Underhill and is tow rod from ye cart way up ye. ye pine hollow on ye west and on ye north by a cart way of. seveon rod wide agt John Weekes and Henry Weekes lotts and is in length thirty pole in breath twenty pole as by ye record of Oysterbay in Lb. A. Page 237 is planly to be seen together with all ye right titls and intorset Claims and demand whatsoever wch I ye sd. Isaac now hath or which any or either of. my having executed or assign may hereaftr have of. to or in ye sd:) granted lott. of. land wth all fifty Comodusly privelegs timber and trees in and uppon ye sd lott. of land wth [wtsoever?] sole to the said granted wth in the [county crossed out] bounds tharof is in any wise appertaining to have and to hold unto him ye sd John Weekes his heirs and assigned all and singular ye sd granted lott. of land and premises with its apptanes
