Isaac doth for himself his heiers Executer and assigns futher covent to and with ye sd. John Weekes yt it shall and may be lawfull [inserted: Johin] ye sd. John his heires and assign quitly and peacefully to have hole occupy posess an enjoy ye sd granted lott off land and premises forever without ye lawfully let nor molestations of him ye sd Isaac his heires or assigns or any other person or persons lawfully claiming for by or under him or any or either of them not withstanding any former grant mortgas or conveyances wtsoever In Witness whareof. transcribe-the-full-text-here: [Page 363 Lib B.] To All Christian People to Whom this present writing shall come come or appertain be it known ye yt wee Asher warne has sacham of sequatague Romuse his wife and suscanem an alis runnasuck all indians and chief owners and propriators of a certain tract of woodland on long Island alias nassau lying within ye patent and town ship of oyster bay bounded as followeth beginning at ye edge of ye plain on ye south side of ye old cart path that leadeth from Hempstead to Huntining town by ye head of cole spring to ye line of division between ye town of Oyster Bay to ye town of Huntington north Boundries thence from ye side cart path South by ye said line of division to ye land of Thomas Powell at ye place called bethpeg from thence westward by ye said land of Thomas Powell to ye edge of ye great plains and From thence northward by ye edge of said plains to ye abovesd cart way all which said woodland within ye bounds Before mentioned we ye above mention Indians for and in consideration of ye sub of six pounds Current money of New York & one barrel of good slider [cider] in hand paid & by us ye said indian recived of Edward White Thomas Townsend John Williams & hope Williams all four belonging to ye town of Oysterbay in Queens County on Long Island aforesaid and for divers other good causes & consderation us ye said indians especialty moveing have given granted alienated if offed assign sold & Confirmed & by these presents give do grant alianate if or oft & assign set & confirm unto Edward White Thomas Townsend John Williams & Hope Williams all ye above
