transcribe-the-full-text-here: Infooffod sell and comfirm unto my son Samuel Weekes afforsaid one quarter part of my right of land In Oysterbays now purchased and the moiety of One half of my right in matonacock old purchass both Divided and undivided land and the moity or one half of all my rights of land and meadow on oak neck and pine Island and on share of meadow lying in ze great meadow yt was formly his grand farthers red dock and all my home lott of. land northward from feekses old ffootpath including all remaining part of my land and meadow lying and belonging to my Homstead excepting that south end which I. have disposed of to my son Joseph together with all my right title interest clame and demand whatsoever which I the said Joseph Weekes now have or which any or either of my heires Executors or assignes may heare after have of to or in the said granted land meadow & premmises with all profits comodities Houses fences timber trees grass water ponds swamps or what other priveledege is belonging or any wise appertaing to ye said granted parcels of land meadow and premmises to have & to hold unto my said son Samuel Weekes his heirs assignes all and singular ye sd granted parcels of land meadow and premises with ye appertennces thereof to ye only proper use and behoof of him my sd. son samuel Weeks heis heires Executors or assignes and I ye sd Joseph Weeks have put my said son Samuel into a lawfull and peacable posession of all and singular ye said granted parcels of land meadow and premises by the Dilivory turff and twigg and by those pressents

I. the said Joseph Weekes Do for my self, my heirs Executors & assignes further covenant and agree to and with ye said Samuel my son yt it shall and may be lawfull for him my said son samuel his heirs Executors and assignes Quietly and peacably to have hold occupy posess and enjoy all and singular ye said granted parcels of land meadow and premisess for ever with out ye Lawfull Let or Molestation of me ye said Joseph Weekes my heirs Executors administrators or assignes or any other person or persons lawfully claiming for by or under me for or any or either of them noth with standing any former gift grant mortgage dowery or joynture or other conveyance what so ever and ye same to my son Samuel to warrant and defend according as before is expresse but further I. covenant Manifest and declare yt I. Do accept & reserve to my self. power priviledg and liberty to make use of any part or parcell of ye above granted Land meadow and premises During my naturall life and that it shall be lawfull for me to enter uppon any part or parsell there of as I. shall se caused and after my Deceasd I. do reserve power and priviledge for my now wife Hannah yt during her widdowhood to make use of all ye worth end of my home Lott from feexses [Feakes' ?] new cart cart pale and ye east end of my houses and [ensealed?] and is one half of my orchard and ye share of meadow in ye great in ye great meadow but after my Decease and my wives widdowhood all to returne to my son Samuel Weekes according to the tenure of this Deed any thing to ye contrary

To All Christian People to whom this present writing shall come or appetaine be it known yt I. George Downing of littleworth in ye bounds of Oysterbay in queens County on long Island alies Nassau in ye collony of new york for and in consideration of ye owning and deciding of a Difference between ye propritors of littleworth afforsaid and Isaac Doughty of newarke in ye bounds of Oysterbay afforsaid conserning ye bound of their land and for closer consideration and sd George especially moving Hath Given Granted alianted infoofed assigne and confirmed and by these present do give grant alianate Infeoff assigns confirme unto Isaac Doughty Jun of new york aforesd a certain peese of land lying and living in ye bounds of littleworth afresd and bounded ye south side by sd Isaac own land on ye east sid by his own land on ye north side by mable tree by Edward Banbury's land and ye

Isaac Doughty Jun. ye within named in this within written love for and ye considerations of my naturall love and affections toward my son Isaac Doughty and for divers other grood causes consideration toward my son Isaac Doughty and for Divers other good causes me ye said Isaac Doughty son especially moving have assign made over and confirmed and by these presents do assign made over and confirmed unto my said son Isaac this within writen Deed with all ye land houses swamps priviledges and appaintees by this within writen Deed granted me by Jonathan wood and mary his wife bearing Date 29th day of september 1694 together with all ye rights title and interest claime and demand whatsoever which I this said Isaac Daughty son now have or which any or either of my heirs Executors assignes may hear after have this unto him ye said son Isaac and to his heirs forever witness my hand and seal ye twenty ninth day of March in in ye year of our Lord 1697.
