transcribe-the-full-text-here: And now for ye [& better] further confirmation of bouth sd [said] tract of woodland to ye sd Isaac comprehending both ye sd tract of land in one entire tract be it known yt [that] wee ye above named Indians and other whose hands & seale or have unto suoscribed & affixied and ffor and in ye considerations of ye money and other pay formerly by us and other ye said Indians said of Isaac Doughty and for ye money favours and kindnesses from him by rec'd and for other good causes and considerations us ye sd Indians especialy moveing Have Given Granted alienated enfeoffed assigned sold and confirmed [& by these presents do give grant alienate enfeoffe assign sell + confirm, inserted] unto Isaac Doughty aforesaid all that of all ye before mentioned two tracts of land the bounds and limitts there of are as foloweth the first bounder is a white Oak tree marked by ye east side of Hempstead ye Harbor ye Porth west Bounds ranging from thence east ward by litteworth line of their land to ye cart way from Muskeeto Cove to ye plains then south ward by sd highway to a black Oak tree marked with I. D. at ye head of a little Hollow and thence westward to white oak tree marked with J. D. and thence northwardly to a black Oak tree marked with J.D. and from thense westwarly to a chestnut tree marked by ye sd Harbor side x to ye first bounds being bounded on ye north by littleworth by ne on ye east by ye aforsed [aforesaid] cart way on ye south by marked tree agt. ye Indians land and on ye west by ye sea or Hempstead Harbor aforesaid Containing by estimation with in ye sd bounds seventy acres of land be it more or less with all ye profits comodietys houses gardens Orchard barnes timber trees fences brooke

The mark of [seal] Suscaneman Indian the mark of Indian Werah [his mark and seal] sign sealed Delivered} in presence of us} John Newman Daniel Townsend Job Wright

May ye 16th [18th?] 1693 - John Newman and Jobe Wright came before me one of their Magisty Justin of ye peace for Queens County and attested that this is ye real act and deed of Suscaneman Werah Indians and that they saw them signe seal and deliver ye same. Nathaniel Coles

To All Christian People [?] this present writing shall or In any wise apptain be it known that I, John Townsend of cape maye in the province of west New Jersey for and the consideration of the sum of two hundred and twenty pounds. In current silver money of the colony of New York. In hand paid and by me the said John Townsend received of William Albertson and Garritt Albertson both belonging to Queens County on the Island of Nassau. transcribe-the-full-text-here: And discharge the said William and Garriat Albertson their heirs Executors Administrations and ssignes and for other good causes and consideration me the said John Townsend especily moveing Have Given Granted alienated Enfeoffed Assigned soled and confirmed and by these presence Do give grant alianate Enfeoffe Assigne sell and confirmed unto William & Garriot Albertson afore said all my Homestead lying in Jerrico being in Quantity sixty acres of land be it more or less at it was laid out beaing bounded as followeth on the east by the comon or main Hig hway to Oysterbay and on ye west by the comons and on the north by the line of Divisson & on the south by John Tow nsend senr land with a whole right in ye old purchas of Oysterbay as other town rights are and fourty acre of land lying eastward by from Jercco the field which is now in the posession of Richard Willitts is a part of it and the rest ad Joynes on the north east side there of and twelve acroes of plain and a quar ter pert of three Lotts of meadow lying at the south booth fresh and salt lying and being on West neck runeway[?] neck and Lattins neck beeing with in the pattent and Town ship of Oysterbay together with all my right title interest claims and Demand whatsoever which I the said John Townsend now have or [or which any or either of my heirs executors administrators or assigns may hereafter have of to or in the said granted land and meadow or any part or] parcell there of with all the profits priviledges comod itys customs houses barnes timber trees Grass water ponds or what else priviledge is belonging or In any wise appetaining there unto to have and to hold unto them the said William Albertson and Garriot Albertson.

To ye onlely proper use behooffe of them he said William and Gariott Albertson these heirs and assignes forever and the said William and Garriot Albertson into lawful and peaceable posession of all and singulary said granted land meadow and premises by the delivery of turf and twiggs and by these presents and the said John Lousend both for himself his heirs executors administrators and assignes further covenant and agree to and with the said William and Gariott Albertson that it shal and may be lawful for them the said William + Gariott Albertson their heirs executors and assignes quietly and peaceably to have hold occupy posses and enjoy all and sigular the said granted land meadow and premises forever without the lawful let or molestation of him the said John Lounsend his heirs executors or assignes or any other person or persons lawfully claiming for by or under him or any or either of them notwithstanding any former gift grant mortgage lease or sale Whatsoever and the same to ye and said William and Garriot albertson their heirs and assignes to warrant and defend against all first claims whatsoever for era in witness he of.
