Dear Mr. Ryan:

I received your letter of March 2nd and regret that we were
unable to get together that day at the airport. I know that you
are a very busy man these days as time is getting short and any
delay in time certainly must interfer with your schedule.

This is now a good chance that we could get together in
New York if you so desire. I plan to make a business trip to
the Corporate office in New York City next week. I plan to fly
up next Monday evening. If you will advise me as to the phone
number where you can be reached I will call you for an appointment.
