Dear Miss Ward:

Enclosed is the questionnaire requested. I am sorry for
not sending it to you much sooner.

To the best of my recollection these are some of the
incidents which have happened to me back before
and during the Normandy Operation. Many others
have occured but to numerous to metion at
this time, making it difficult to choose the right
incident after you have already put something in
writing.

I would be pleased and honored to be interviewed by
the author if he wishes to do so. Thank you
for giving me this opportunity.
