no idea where he was - he went down a narrow trail which landed in a large field -
he walked across the field in order to save his legs which had been hurt by the
floor plates. About a quarter way out a sniper opened up on him - it was about 5 shots
before he found the sniper wrapped in a camouflaged chute up in the tree. He shot
the sniper who fell at the base of the tree. In the meantime a tank came into the field.
