2/ Where we dropped as diversionary troops or by accident? We
finished June 6th drinking "balvads" in a French farm.

As it was unsafe & not wise to keep names &
addresses I never got to know the names of my French helpers
before captive & if you could help in any way, as maybe you
have contacted many French people in that area I would
be greatly obliged.

I left a snap or two with some of them -
Joseph a farmer was one- living in Putot-en-Auge.
