4th folio reprinted the edition of 1664 - some of the
spelling modernised.
This ed, the last in so grand a format & the last in
Shakespeare's own century , was the principal textual basis
of 18th C recensions from Rowe, Theobald & Pope to
Hammer & Johnson. 1707 (6 octavo volumes)
The copy for this ed. was divided among several shops,
as a result Sig. L is printed in much smaller type
than the rest of the volume.

available, much better than that used for the printing
of Bibles in those days
