Athens O. June 22d 1887
A meeting of the Executive Committee was held at the
Law office of L.M. Jewett present C.W. Super. C.S. Welch.
V.C. Lowry. E.H Moore and L.M Jewett
On motion Pres. Super was
authorized to have printed a catalogue at a cost not to
exceed $60 00/100. Pres. Super was authorized to expend in advertising
the sum of $100 00 one half to be paid out of the college fund
and one half out of the normal fund. It was
moved and carried that the Executive Committee meet
on every [illegible] Saturday Commencing on July 9th next.
A number of bills were presented and allowed as will
appear from the files of the Treasurers office, and the order
book in the Auditor's Office.

Athens O. July 12 1887
A meeting of the Executive Committee consisting of Pres. Super
E.H. Moore. John Welch and L.M Jewett was held at
the law office of LM Jewett.
On motion Pres. Super was
appointed a Committee to confer with the Athens School
Board as to the future employment of teachers in the Normal
department.
On motion Pres. Super was authroized to raise the room
rent 50 cents per term.
On motion LM Jewett was appointed a Committee of one
to have the rubbish on the West, East and South sidees of the
College Campus outside of the fence and between removed at
a cost not to exceed $10.00.
F.C. Stedmans proposition as to furnishing the University with
coal was referred to Pres. Super who was directed to [??]
from other persons. A number of bills were approved and
allowed as will appear from the files of the Treasurers Office.
