On motion Pres. C.W. Super was authorized to
purchase 300 postal cards and have them printed to
advertise the free Scholarship System.

On motion Frank Roberts was allowed 15$ and
Thomas Jenkins 6$ for services as Asst Janitors

On motion the Treasurer was requested to forthwith
furnish the Secretary a list of the delinquent rent
payers with the amount of each delinquency in
accordance with the order of the Board at its
last session

A communication of Prof. Mees as to the advance
of Salaries was referred to the Board at its next
meeting
