and Treasurer were referred to a Committee
consisting of J.R. Blackburn and G.W. Boyce-

On motion Judge Welch was appointed a
Committee of one to draft resolutions expressing
the regret of the Board as to the death of V.B. Horton.
The board here took a receess until 8. P.M.
