that we deeply deplore her loss, and as an
evidence of our high appreciation of her character
as a teacher direct the Secretary of this Board to send
a copy of these resolutions to the family of the
deceased"

Mr Jewett offered the following resolution which was duly
seconded and adopted
"Resolved that the thanks of
this Board are hereby tendered to President C.W. Super
and the Faculty for their able and efficient management
of the affairs of the Ohio University during the past year"

On motion L.M. Jewett was elected Secretary and
Treasurer of the Ohio University for the ensuing
Year.

On motion E.H. Moore was elected Treasurer of the
Ohio University for the ensuing Year

On motion Wm A. Root was elected Collector of the
Ohio University for the ensuing Year.

The officers above named were instructed to present
their bonds for approval to the Executive Committee
at their next meeting, the amount of the bonds to be
the same as heretofore given.

On motion the following Executive Committee
was appointed to act during the ensuing year
Pres C.W. Super John Welch E.H. Moore C.S. Welch L.M.
Jewett Charles Townsend and V.C. Lowry

on motion the Board tok a recess until tomorrow
morning at 8 Oclock.
