(6) A Europe Packet having arrived here Yesterday per Dow, of the Uttmost
(7) Consequence to Our Government in India, & which contains most interesting Political
(8) advices from the Honble Secret Committee, I have to request your will hold the Vessel under
(9) your Command in readiness to proceed to Bombay in the course of 24 hours or sooner
(10) if possible
(11) Any Packets entrusted to your care by the Honble the President in Council from
(11) India; either for this place or Bussorah, you will please to land here, or any thing else
(12) You may have on Board for Bussorah Factory
(13) Whatever supplies you may require for
(14) the use of your Vessel, I have given direction to send them on board without delay to
(15) expedite Your early departure

(28) I received the Europe Packet You sent on board Aga Mahomed Nebies Dow on
(29) the 23rd. Inst. _ You did not by that conveyance write Me; But however agreeable
(30) to Your directions written to Mahemed Nebie; I shall forward the Packet this day at
(31) Noon on board the Honble Comp[s] Brig Ternate; which arrived in these Roads Yesterday
(32) The Packets brought by her I send per Ship Duncan in charge of Mr Day who goes
(33) Passenger in Her _
(34) Had the Ternate not arrived I should have forwarded the Packet to _
(35) Muscat on board the Bombay; as I could not procure any Boat or Dow to proceed to
(36) the Presidency without touching at Muscat

They use what looks like "Presidency" here. Keep that and not residency. To be checked. Don't understand the abbreviation in the second letter after "Comp"
