1st Light south wind showers sea mod. Bar 29.98. General duties for the day. 2nd asst showing visitors in the tower.

2nd Light south wind cloudy damp sea westerly swell. Bar 29. Keeper sawing wood. 1st and 2nd asst showing visitors in the tower.

3 Light to mod south wind showers heavy west swell. Bar 29.80. Keeper and 1st asst working in there respective quarters. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.

4 Light easterly wind clear dry sea moderate. Bar 29.98. Keeper and asst keepers cleaned and scrubbed all paint work in lantern and watch room cleaned tower.

5 Calm to light E to south east wind clear dry sea smooth. Bar 30.01. Keeper and asst keepers scrubbed tower stairs, landings, hall, and stove and oil room floors and front steps to tower. Changed lantern cover.

6 Light south east wind dry heavy west swell. Bar 29.72. Keeper and second asst washing. 1st asst went to Newport for supplies.

7 Light south wind fog in AM dry heavy west swell. Bar 29.62. 1st and 2nd asst cleaning up the grounds. Keeper went to Newport for mail.

8 Fresh south to south west breeze showers sea rough. Bar 29.52. General duties for the day. 2nd asst showing visitors in the tower.

9 Fresh south west breeze squally rain sea rough. Bar 29.96. Keeper and asst keepers working in there respective quarters. 1st asst showing 3 visitors in the tower.

10 Moderate to lt. S. west breeze fog at times sea mod. Bar 30.20. Keeper sawing wood. 1st asst showing 3 visitors in the tower. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.

11 Light south east to north east wind fog to clear dry sea smooth. Bar 30. Keeper working in the shop. 1st and 2nd asst polishing all brass work in the tower.

12 Fresh south east breeze cloudy dry sea rough. Bar 29.96. Keeper and 2nd asst working in barn and shop. 1st asst went to Newport for mail.

13 Moderate south wind fog to clear heavy west swell. Bar 29.98. Keeper, and asst keepers working in there respective quarters.

14 Light south wind fog showers to dry clear sea rough. Bar 30.20. 1st and 2nd asst working in shop. Keeper went to Newport for mail and supplies.

16 Fresh northerly breeze fog misty sea rough. Bar 30.25. Keeper and asst keepers working in there respective quarters.

17 Moderate northerly breeze fog at times dry heavy west swell. Bar 30.2. Keeper and 1st asst working in there quarters. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.

20 Calm to light east wind clear warm dry sea smooth. Bar 30.10. Keeper and asst keepers cleaning up grounds. 1/2 cord of wood delievered to day by Agate Beach Co.

21 Calm to light south wind dry sea smooth. Bar 30.02. 1st and 2nd asst working in there quarters. Keeper went to Newport for mail & supplies.

22 Moderate southerly breeze misty showers sea moderate. Bar 30.10. General duties for the day. Keeper and 1st asst showing visitors in the tower.

23 Light south east wind misty damp sea smooth. Bar 30.02. Keeper and asst keepers working in shop and barn cleaning up grounds.

24 Light south to northerly wind misty to dense fog sea smooth. Bar 30.10. Keeper sawing wood. 1st asst showing visitors in the tower. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.

25 Light north wind misty fog to clear & dry sea smooth. Bar 30.10. Keeper sawing wood. 1st asst working in his quarters. 2nd asst left station for Newport at 3:00 AM.

26 Light easterly wind clear dry sea smooth. Bar 30.08. U.S.L. Tender Heather passed station going south at 3:30 PM anchored of the bar.

27 Ligth north east wind clear dry sea smooth. Bar 29.98. Light House Inspector inspected the station to day.

28 Light variable winds south east to north east dry. Bar 30.01. First and second asst working around the grounds. Keeper went to Newport for mail. Delivered 2 library cases and books to Captrain L.S. ???.

29 Light south west wind dry sea smooth. Bar 30.04. General duties for the day. Keeper and 2nd asst showing visitors in the tower.

30 Light south east wind hazy dry sea smooth. Bar 30.08. Keeper and asst keepers put ten gallons mineral oil in butts and showing visitors in the tower.

31 Light east to north east wind clear dry west swell. Bar 30.2. Keeper cleaning out cellar of dwelling. 1st asst working in his quarters. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.
