before the said lord judge, and subsequently brought into the present chamber via the procedure of suspicion, therefore, with the name of Christ having been invoked, through this, our definitive ruling, which we determined by consulting this record, absolved the aforesaid Antoni Raynaudi, acting
as the procurator for the said master Hugonin
and Magdalena, the couple, and through or his service we declared absolved the said couple and each of them together and singly, and condemning the said lord Johan de Ysia, acting as procurator in the name of the said Peire Hugueti, to pay the expenses incurred on the occasion of this countersuit, reserving for us a future assessment. Next, since it is made clear to us that the said Magdalena Coline has clearly proven before the noble and outstanding lord Antoni de Raude, doctor of laws, judge of a lesser chamber of Marseille's courts, that a legacy of ten royal pounds had been made to her by the lady Bertomieua, wife of the aforementioned Peire Hugueti, and that the said ten pounds were deposited by order of the lord judge in the hands of master Arnaut Barrani by the same Peire Hugueti, and it was next adjudged by the noble man lord Johan Raynaut that the said legacy and deposit be transferred and delivered to the said Magdalena, therefore the deposit should be transmitted to Magdalen as the person to whom it belongs, and the said Peire Hugueti ought to restore to the said master Arnaut Barrani the handwritten note
