Dear Ma.

Just dropping you a
line to tell you I won't be home as
I expected. They changed the orders
the last minute and say we are
going on the 15th of this month.
Maybe we won't go to Frisco
at all now, because all the
shipments on the 15th go to New York.
After this I am going to wait till
I am on the boat or train before I
write I am leaving here. I wrote to
Uncle Joe and he answered my
letter and told me to answer his
soon as I got it, which I did the
same day I wrote to you last.

There is not much to write about
down here it is the same old thing
