For developing a financial/accounting product line, I don't think $100,000/yr + options is too much to ask. If I truly lead it.

I want to program people. I want to dig into them, and see what they've got. I want to try on different personna myself.

If I stay with Microsoft (and I want to) then I should stay as a manager of some line of products. It's too demeaning to be a programmer, even if I do the design. I have far too much to do, far too broad interests, to have TIME to program.

WITH SORT I LEARNED ABOUT IBM PC, C, UNIX, ADB, and (of course) sorting. Plus I had more time to learn about stocks and investing.
