1848 March 25th Sewing Oats & this morning
planted Irish Potatoes, sewed 10 Bus. to this day

27 Sewed clover seed this day
Sewing Oats & Hilling new ground
weather warm & cloudy

28. Sewing Oats 4 horses, cloudy &
warm, took 1 House Tobacco down
to day to prize, - , Halled up one
stack Oats more to sew. --
Danl> Hunt got Doct White to cut
his lip about 4 weeks ago last Monday

29 A Fine morning sewing Oats
& Cleaning up new ground,
last night about 10 Oclock Malissa bornchild
being 10 she has had, lost 2 Nicy & Morris

30 Treading Oats this evening to seed.
Sewed 30 Bushels, alse Raking new ground
Fed gone to mill 10½ Bushels corn
Planted Onions Beets & Salsify yesterday
