Tuesday, October 16, 1923

A good day.
Ben and John Ward worked
sewing wheat. Jim
graded tobacco all
day. They are all tying
tonight. The children
went to school.

Some one worked the
road near the school
house today. Ben did
not help. I am sorry
that he could not
help. Henry has gone
to church tonight.
I washed a few things
today. Nellie washed
some for the baby.
Three of our children
has bad colds.
Tonight I feel bad.
Think I am
taking colde. Lelia
Ward come today.
