209 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Jun 13 1887 by the council is passed by the following vote, to wit: In favor of the same [[Furth]], [[Frink]], [[Green]], [[Lake]], [[Russell]] & [[Reitze]]. Against the same [[Hinckley]] An Ordinance is submitted by the Clerk entitled "A Special Ordinance appropriating money to pay audited bills" which is passed by the following vote, viz: Ayes [[Furth]], [[Frink]], [[Green]], [[Hinckley]], [[Lake]], [[Russell]] & [[Reitze]]. Noes none. Petition of [[Andrew Castro]] for permission to build a fish stand at the foot of [[Columbia Street]]. Referred to St. Com Petition of [[Thomas Clancy]] to have the sum of $56.17 refunded him on account of unexpired term of license.
