Monday, March 25, 1918

A clear colde day the
wind blowed most of the day.
Ben and Owen and Marvin
and William Gilbert hauled
rock and laid the foundation
of a barn.

Josie put in a quilt
this morning we quilted
on it some.

Kate and Carrie come
a little while this evening.
I commenced an other
sock to night that will
be 5 pair.
