Disagreeable day, the damp
-ness seems to have penetrat
-ed the house & wherever there
is [no fine], the walls are
wet. Dora remained in
bed all day but we hope
she is better this evening.
I drove over to see old
Mr Leizean. he died
just before I got there
(at 1 - 6 -p.m. Our
neighbor Mrs [Robinson]
called this afternoon to
see Harriet & Dora. Old
Harry Green here again to
see me about Alfred Hood

I drove over to "Oak Grove"
to prescribe for Kate Stabler
again. Mary Ellicott here for
"sore throat". Sent John to
see Jno Lucas about wood
[Albric] Mitchels' son here
& I paid him $1.00 on acct;
of balance for hay.
Dora seemed better, but
is far from well. She
came down to dinner.
