August 26, 1863 - September 19, 1863Shingling negroes House, my sheep 26th. Went to plantation, & mount airy & 28 & 29 finished shrubbing corn field 29th. Delivered to A J Lewis 2430 lbs Tobacco 30st I stay at home my wife went to Greenfield Sept 2. & 1st & 31st augt. pulling fodder etc Sept 5 Stacked nearly five stacks Blade fodder 9th. Pulling fodder Cutting some tops 10. Tying up fodder this morning likely Say Our Crop Tobacco at aspen Grove 12 Cutting tops pulling fodder stacking 14: 15.16. working in fodder & I went to Danville 18 19 cloudy & Damp this week pulled fodder | August 26, 1863 - September 19, 1863Shingling negroes House, my sheep 26th.
