Thursday, August 1, 1918

A good day. Ben and Paul worked getting tobacco sticks all the morning. This evening they went to Cedar Forest for flues. Got two sets cost $44 got home with them OK. Josie washed this morning. This evening Reese and Henry and I went to Cedar Forest fishing did not catch anything. To night Fanny Emerson is here. I was glad to see Fanny.
