With reference to paragraph of Wreck Instructions No 86 which directs that the report Book and Returns are to commence on the 1st October 1855, with a new Droit number commencing with No 1 - I will thank you to inform me whether the numbers are to run for a year - or whether I am to commence with a new number 1 each quarter J.S.
