That on the 28th day of August
1878 said devisee Jenett R. Y. Snell
did execute and sign a
certain release for 18,000

That on the 5th day of September
1879 said devisee did execute
and sign a document
sanctioning and approving
all the acts of the executors
of the late Brigham Young
dec'd from the commencement
of their administration
until the execution of said
document, and at no time
since the death of the decedent
until the filing of
the aforesaid protest did
plaintiff object to the acts
of the executors either as relates
to herself or as to the other
matters and things connected
with the administration of
said estate.

And your petitioners ask that
said objection be not allowed
and for such other and further
relief as may be deemed
