The Cemetary committed was instructed to carry out
the instructions of the Board in relation to the
plot of Mr. [Portka??], to have him remove the
curbing or have the same done.
The Secretary was instruction to again communicate
with Mr. Marks in San Francisco
in relation to the plot alongside of Mr. Marks.
Also to communicate with with Mr. Louis Philllips in
regards to the plot alongside of Miss Phillips
that if they do not wish to make use of it
to give it to the Congregation.
