March 1: Light east to north wind hail squalls sea mod Bar 29.65 Keeper and asst keepers working in garden. 2nd asst showing 4 visitors in the tower.

2: Light east to north east breeze cool clear day sea smooth Bar 30.04. 1st and 2nd asst getting wood on the beach. Keeper went to Newport for mail and supplies.

3: Light east to northerly breeze clear cool dry sea smooth Bar 29.84. General duties for the day. 8 visitors were shown in the tower by all keepers.

4: Fresh to moderate easterly breeze cool dry sea smooth Bar 29.64. Keeper and asst keepers working in the garden.

5: Light south east wind showers sea smooth Bar 29.51. Keeper and 1st asst washing clothes. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail and supplies.
