Wednesday March 9, 1921

A cloudy day. Rain & thunder
this evening. The first thunder
cloud of the year. Henry went
to school. Edna did not go.

Ben & Jim hauled some feed
and corn this morning. Ben
bought Kates heifer from Edmons
this morning. Jim & Ben plowed
this evening until it rained.
Carrie come a few minutes.

Josie & Carrie went to the
turnip patch to cut salit.
It rained and they had
to quit. I went to the
plant bed this morning.
This evening I sowed
on the canvas for
the plant bed.
