My dear mother
Last 4th Day I wrote to Cousin
Sally but have not recieved and answer yet. If I
go next 7th Day I will not have time to write
on 1st Day most likely so you must not be worried
if no letter comes. Yesterday snow came instead
of rain and it now looks and feels much more like mid
winter than the middle of spring. The letters
yesterday were very acceptable and I hope father's
cold is better and suppose it is as his letter
which came to day did not mention it.
I feel very well. W.W.S.
