My dear Mother
In the German examination I
got only 75 and am second the best being 81.
Last evening we had a very interesting lecture
by a Mr. Stoddard upon St. Petersburg. He had
some stereoptic views which added to it very
much. We have had quite a snow storm and
the ground is covered and one fellow was coasting.
Phillipian this week. I like the picture of father
which Anna sent very much indeed and am
much obliged for it as also for the two letters.
