resignation of Mr Durnell. F T Perkins & R Smith were
chosen as a standing com .Mr L Dana was chosen Ed
and F. S. B. Stickney chosen assistant. J. H. W. Woods was chosen
Librarian. Voted that George Farrar be honorably
dismissed from this society at his request. Voted that
Francis Webster, Benj. Taylor, & G W Foster be secured
as members to this society. adjourned
