On Motion of Ald: McIntyre seconded by Ald: J. Carson
Ordered, that it be an instruction to the Committee on
Streets and Improvements under the direction of the City Solicitor
to have the resolution passed at this meeting carried out fully
compelling the Street Railway Company to run their entire
track within two weeks and thence after that continuously, this
to include the track being kept in proper repair according to the
original agreement.

Society asking for a remission of the charges for the use of
