Referred to the Committe On Streets &c

Ald: Creeggan brought up the petition of the
members of Saint Andrews Church requesting the erection
of a Gas Lamp in front of Saint their Church Princess
street. Referred to the Committee on Fire, Water and Gas

Ald: McGuire brought up the petition of H.R. Rathbun
and Son praying to be allowed the privilege of using the
street allowance part of Queen street. Referred to the Committee
on Streets &c to report

Ald: Allen brought up the petition of Stevenson & Co
praying for a continuation of the present rate of Assessment
for ten years from date. Referred to the Committee on
Finance and Accounts to report

Ald: Allen brought up the petition of W.M. Dunnan[?]
requesting permission to land Dualin[?] in the City
Referred to the Mayor with power to act

On motion of Ald: R.J. Carson seconded by Ald: Irving

Ordered, that the Chairman of Fire, Water and Gas
be instructed to proceed at once with the Corporation horses to
water the following streets until the whole matter of street
watering is reported upon by said Committee

Princess from Ontario to Barrie
Brock from Ontario to Clergy
King from Johnston to Queen
Wellington from Johnston to Queen
Bagot from Johnston to Queen
Montreal from Brock to Queen
Clarence from Ontario to Bagot and in front of
the City Buildings
