William Wells Bamford Junior (1865-1944) was Irene’s oldest son.
He was born on Wolfe Island, passed in Watertown, and buried in Brownville. Watertown and Brownville are located in Jefferson County, New York.
He married Emeline Joslin Bamford and the pair lived on Wolfe Island until 1901. They then moved to New York. Irene writes many variations to Emeline’s name, see Eveline under the people tag.
Nicknames: Welly, Wellie, Wells Jr., Wells William, or Will- Irene interchanges the name Will between Welly and Wells.
