Wednesday 8th February 1899
A blustering morning wind N and
snowing, but notwithstanding and
neverless Grace and Voltie get ready
and once again drive off up the ice
to Marysville and Kingston
going to the c.m.b.a. ball
which leaves Maud, myself and W Sr
alone. I cook and do general
house work enjoy a pleasent evening
and go to bed at 10 pm leaving
the clothes hanging on the clothes
line.
