Saturday 30 June 1894
The last day of June, very
warm wind South and very bright,
not a cloud to be seen this morning.
Grace worked home all fore noon
then went to Wills and worked till
long after dark.

Sunday 1 July 1894
Heat very great.
Wind South and Light. Rachel came home
from Carlton Island. Will went for
her with Niles beef. Charley Wickham
rowed back with Wellies boat. I went
over to Wills towards night. Eddy
Bates here, made a visit. Voltie
sleeping in hammock and reading.
Every thing suffering for rain.
