Sunday 8 July 1894
A dry cool day, Wind West. Wellie came
up in a skiff and I went home with
him and stayed all day. Grace went
to church. Maud & V stayed home
after church. V came to Wellies too and
ate dinner & supper. Voltie and Hiram
there and Frank Woodman. George & Wall
Niles, Rafter, Russel and Will McD and
Wellie brought me up in skiff.

Monday 9th July 1894
A warm dry day. Wind South. Grace made Maude
a dress and sewed most all
day. I wrote Rogers & Kirkpatrick
a letter, Grace wrote to Watson.
Wellie and Voltie mowing and
raking hay down by Wellie's. I hoed
corn. Wellie came for the
sewing machine
