A fine morning but cool Wind W
Martin went down to help Willie [sic: Wellie milk
and both stayed to breakfast with Eveline.
Wellie came up with Martin and watered
horses, fed calves & hogs and then choped [sic: chopped]
off the heads of two roosters—going
to cook roosters for dinner. About 10
O'clock Charlie, Belle, Marjorie, Beatrice,
Irene & Charles Victor, came. Sent the young ones
over to Wills for Dalias toes for Belle
Then came Will D & Jen D & Wickham
with the accordion. So they all made
a great noise for a while. Charley [illegible]
beans evening. Evening caller Percy Burnham [illegible]
