for a thunder storm from
the south. Rain pouring in
torrents with wind thunder &
lightning. Grace drove down
from Charley's through all
the rain bringing Lizzie with
them. The rain is a heaven
sent blessing. Callers; Frank Woodman,
Wallace N, Will &
Charley D. V tied down one
cow for getting in the grain
9 Oclock and rain yet falling
Monday 12 July -97 rained
all night, a cloudy morning &
cloudy day with a little rain. Frank Woodman
ate dinner with us. Maud
brought in a few ripe raspberries
the first from our bushes. Every thing
growing. Maud and Voltie
went fishing-promised to go
