Sunday 5 Dec 1908
A clear cold morning, river still.
Frank can come over if he wants to
this morning. This is the apointed [sic: appointed] day
for Rachel to come home. We arose late,
sat down to breakfast at nine then sat
around the stove till 10 Oclock before doing
the dishes. Frank Woodman came home to
day bringing Arthur V, and Ray McIntyre
with him and Voltie was obliged to row
them home again so he could have his boat
at home. Evening visitors were Lilly Woodman,
