high privilege during His
late Majesty's life time, and
in association with His Majesty's
Silver Jubilee, to write of
the King's grace. It has been
given to few to write
of their Sovereign from the
beginning of his reign to
its close. Your Excellency's
tribute in the morning
papers is all that is now
required to make the
Epilogue complete.
