1820 Whereas William Ripsom of the Township of Murray and Jane Bleecker of the Township of Sidney, were desirous of Intermarrying with each other, and there being no Parson or Minister of the Church of England living within Eighteen miles of them or either of them; they have applied to me for that purpose.

From these are to Certify, that in pursuance of the power granted by an Act of Legislature of the province passed in thirty third year of the Reign of King George the Third, I James Young one of His Majestys Justices of the Peace, having caused the previous Notice by the Statute required to be given: have on the Sixth day of February in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty, married the said William Ripsom and Jane Bleecker together; and they are become legally contracted to each other in marriage.

Wilkins and Mary Wilkins do Solemnly Swear that we did publickly intermarry on the Twelfth day of September in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and four, and there is now living issue of the said Marriage Mary Ann Wilkins, born the Twenty Second day of August in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and five Robert John Shuter Wilkins, born on the Sixteenth day of December in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seven: Elias David Smith Wilkins, born on the Twenty Second day of December in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Nine; Sarah Elizabeth Shuter Wilkins, born on the fifteenth day of December in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eleven, and Charles

We James Young and Catharine Young formerly Catharine Wellar of the Township of Ameliasburgh, County of Prince Edward Midland District and province of Upper Canada Do solemnly swear in the presence of Almighty God that we did publicly Intermarry with each other the Twenty Second day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Four and that there is now living Issue of the said marriage Reuben Young born on the Nineteenth day of July one Thousand Eight Hundred and Five; Fanny Young born the Twenty Sixth day of August one Thousand Eight Hundred and Seven; and Sarah Ann Young born the Twentieth day of January One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ten, according to the best of our recollection and belief.

[1818] Whereas George Detlor and Maria M. Roblin both of Adolphustown were desirous of Intermarrying with Each other and there being no Parson or Minister of the Church of England living within Eighteen miles of them or either of them; they have applied to me for that purpose; Now these is to certify that Pursuance of the Powers granted by an Act of the Legislature of this Province passed in the Thirty-third Year of His Majestys Reign. I Thomas Dorland one of His Majestys Justices of the Peace; having caused the previous notis required have this day marid the said George Detlor and Maria M. Roblin together and they are become Legally Contracted to each other in marriage --
