FOR A MARRIAGE WITHOUT BANNS.

These are to certify that Duncan McDougall of the Village of Paisley
in the County of Bruce, Bachelor and Margaret McKay, Ogg —
of the same place, Spinster — being minded as it is said to enter into the
Contract of Marriage, and being desirous of having the same duly solemnized, the said Duncan McDougall —
has made oath that he believes there is no affinity, consanguinity, precontract or any other lawful cause or legal impediment to bar or
hinder the solemnization of the said Marriage, and having also otherwise made oath as required by law.

These are therefore to Certify that the requirements of the Act respecting the solemnization of Marriages have been complied with.

GIVEN under my hand and seal at Paisley this twenty third day of July —
in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven and in the forty first year of Her
Majesty's reign.

These are to certify that Duncan McDougall of the Village of Paisley
in the County of Bruce, Bachelor and Margaret McKay, Ogg
of the same place , Spinster being minded as it is said to enter into the
