Certificate FOR A MARRIAGE WITHOUT BANNS.

These are to Certify that Sebastian Fryfogel of The Township of Turnberry, Bachelor and Jessie Small of the village of Hanover, in the County of Bruce, Spinster being minded as it is said, to enter into the Contract of Marriage and being desirous of having the same duly solemnized, the said Sebastian Fryfogel has made oath that he believes there is no affinity, consanguinity, precontract or any other lawful or legal impediment, to bar or hinder the solemnization of the said Marriage, and having also otherwise made oath as required by law.

These are therefore to Certify that the requirements of the Act respecting the solemnization of Marriages have been complied with.

GIVEN under my hand and seal, at Teeswater this First day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy-eight and in the forty first year of Her Majesty's reign.

ISSUED from the Office of the Provincial Secretary for the Province of Ontario this First day of February 1877.

PROVINCE OF ONTARIO.

By His Honour The Honourable DONALD ALEXANDER MACDONALD, &c., &c., Lieutenant-Governor of the Province of Ontario.

Whereas, William Wynn of the Town of Walkerton in the County of Bruce Province of Ontario and Dominion of Canda, Bachelor and Jannet McDougall of the Village of Harriston in the County of Wellington Province and Dominion aforesaid, Spinster

are determined to enter into the Holy Bans of Matrimony, and are desirous of having their Marriage publicly solemnized; in order that such their honest desires may the more speedily have the due effect, and that they may be able to procure the same to be lawfully Solemnized without publication of Bans, I do hereby for good causes, give and grant this License of Faculty as well as to them, the said parties contracting as to all or every person or Minister, duly ordained and lawfully exercising his Ministry within the Province of Ontario, to solemnize and perform the same: Provided always that by reason of any Affinity, Consanguinity, Precontract or any other lawful cause, there be no legal impediment in this behalf, otherwise, if any fraud shall appear to have been committed, at the time of granting this License, either by false suggestions or concealment of the truth, that then this License shall be null and void, to all intents and purposes whatsoever.

Given under my Hand and Seal at Arms, at Toronto, this Fourth day of December in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven and in the forty-first year of Her Majesty's reign.
