Resolved that pending the preparation of the stock
book circulars be issued asking all subscribers
to pay the first instalment on or about the
first of October.

Miss Gildersleeve reported that Mrs McNee had
given forty five dollars for four years to found
a scholarship and that others had subscribed
forty five dollars to form a second scholarship.

The Board expressed its application of the services
rendered by Mrs Dickson & Miss Gildersleeve in
soliciting these subscriptions.

The meeting was adjourned.
